目的探讨脑肿瘤卒中的病理机制,提高对其临床特点的认识。方法对23例手术及病理证实的脑肿瘤卒中患者的临床资料进行分析。结果星形细胞瘤18例,脑膜瘤2例,少突胶质细胞瘤2例,听神经瘤1例。肿瘤卒中表现为颅内血肿和蛛网膜下腔出血。结论肿瘤的血管性变化是脑肿瘤卒中的基础。CT/MR I扫描对于早期诊断和治疗有重要意义。
Abstract：Objective To study the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic brain tumors and improve the understanding of their clinical characteristics.Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with hemorrhagic brain tumors diagnosed by operation and pathological examination were analyzed.Results Eighteen cases were astrocytoma,2 cases meningioma,2cases oligodendrocytoma and 1case was acoustic nerve tumor.Hemorrhagic brain tumor could be diagnoses by intracerebral hematoma and subarachnoid hemorrhage.Conclusions The change of the blood vessels is the cause of the hemorrhage of brain tumor.CT/MRI scan has great value for the early diagnosis and treatment.
