目的分析脑肿瘤卒中误诊的原因、临床表现及诊治方法。方法选取2004年1月至2014年8月间收治的100例脑肿瘤卒中患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 65例患者行急诊手术,35例患者行择期手术。83例患者治愈或者好转,17例患者围手术期死亡。肿瘤病理结果显示,胶质瘤30例,垂体瘤4例,脑膜瘤5例,黑色素瘤4例,脑转移瘤57例。结论重视患者临床表现,结合头颅影像学检查可以提高脑肿瘤卒中诊断率,积极实施手术治疗有助于改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the misdiagnosis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of stroke caused by brain tumor. Methods From January 2004 to August 2014,100 stroke caused by brain tumor were selected in the study. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 65 patients underwent emergency surgery,and 35 patients underwent elective surgery. 83 patients were cured or improved,and 17 patients died in the perioperative period. Pathological results showed that glioma 30 cases,pituitary adenoma 4 cases,meningioma 5 cases,melanoma 4 cases,and brain metastases 57 cases. Conclusions Clinical manifestations and head imaging examination can increase the diagnosis rate of tumor stroke,and actively implement the surgical treatment would contribute to improve the prognosis of the patients.
