目的分析不能手术的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(LANSCLC)采用不同的治疗方法的疗效,为探索更好的治疗方案提供参考。方法回顾分析1993年1月至1998年12月确诊的初治PS≤1的LANSCLC 87例,分别采用单纯放疗、单纯化疗、放疗+化疗综合治疗。结果放疗、化疗、综合治疗组患者的中位生存期分别为10.59、8.61和16个月;放疗组1,2,5年生存率分别为13.3%、10.0%、0,化疗组为12.1%、6.1%、0,综合治疗组为33.3%、20.8%、4.2%。化疗组患者主要发生消化道和造血系统毒性反应;单纯放疗组和综合治疗组Ⅲ度以上放射性食管炎发生率分别为25.0%和45.0%。全组无治疗相关死亡。结论不能手术的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌采用放疗+化疗的综合治疗,能延长生存期,毒副反应可耐受。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of treatment with radiotherapy,chemotherapy or radiochemotherapy in locally advanced inoperable stage-Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer(LANSCLC).Methods Fighty-seven patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed LANSCLC from January 1993 to December 1998 were analyzed retrospectively.The Patients were not treated previously and their PS was ≤1.They were divided into three treatment groups:radiotherapy only(30 patients),chemotherapy only(33patients),radiochemotherapy combination(24 patients).Results The median survival time and 1-,2-and 5year survival rates were 10.59 months,13.3%,10.0% and 0,respectively in the radiotherapy group;8.61 months,12.1%,6.1% and 0 respectively in the chemotherapy group;16 months,33.3%,20.8% and 4.2%,respectively in the combination therapy group.Conclusion Significantly favorable results were obtained in the combination therapy group.
