中国肿瘤临床与康复

目的探讨中西医结合护理对脑肿瘤术后并发症的预防作用。方法 80例脑肿瘤术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理方式,试验组在常规护理方式的基础上辅助穴位按压方法。结果试验组患者头痛、呕吐和便秘的发生率分别为80.0%、5.0%和37.5%,对照组分别为100%、37.5%和80.0%,与对照组比较,试验组患者头痛、呕吐、便秘症状的出现明显减少(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合护理方法能有效预防脑肿瘤术后患者头痛、呕吐、便秘症状的发生,提高愈后效果。

Objective To investigate the role that integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine played in preventing complications of postoperative of brain tumor. Methods 80 cases of postoperative brain tumor patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group 40 cases.Results Compared with the control group,headache、vomiting and constipation symptoms in the observation group were significantly reduced( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can effectively prevent headache、vomiting and constipation symptoms in patients after brain tumor surgery,and improve the prognosis.
