目的探讨吗啡缓释片治疗晚期癌痛的疗效及不良反应。方法 98例晚期癌痛患者给予吗啡缓释片进行治疗,最初用药剂量为每12h 10mg或20mg,可根据患者情况适当调整剂量。结果治疗后总有效率为83.7%,治愈率为59.2%,有效率为24.5%,显效率为10.2%,无效率为6.1%;对神经痛的治疗作用最为明显,总有效率为81.8%。主要不良反应为便秘、恶心、呕吐,经对症治疗均缓解且无成瘾性。结论盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期癌痛临床效果较好,安全可行,值得临床推广。

Objective Study on therapeutic effect of sustained-release morphine tablets in treatment of cancer pain and adverse reactions.Methods 98 cases of advanced gastric cancer with morphine sustained release tablets in the treatment of patients with pain,Initial dose of 10mg or 20mg per 12h,dose can be adjusted depending on the patient appropriate.Results Total effective rate of 83.67%,the cure rate for 59.2%,efficient 24.5%,efficiency 10.2%,inefficiency of 6.1%;Therapeutic effect was most pronounced for neuralgia,total effective rate is 81.8%;Main adverse effects are constipation,nausea,vomiting,and symptomatic treatment alleviating addiction-free.Conclusions Clinical effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatment of cancer pain were better,safe and feasible,and worthy of clinical application.
