目的探讨沙培林在胸部肿瘤手术中局部不同用药途径的有效性和安全性。方法随机抽取胸部肿瘤手术148例,观察组82例应用不同的用药途径局部给予沙培林,对照组66例不给予沙培林。用药方法有三种:术野浸泡法、局部注射法、用含有沙培林溶液的明胶海绵贴局部湿敷法。结果两组不良事件的发生差异无显著性(P>0.05),局部复发率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论根据不同手术采用不同途径局部应用沙培林,有利于减少药物的不良事件以及肿瘤局部复发率,值得临床推广使用。
Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness and safety of local application of Sapylin(OK-432) during operation of thoracic tumour.Methods 148 cases of thoracic tumour were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group was given local application of Sapylin which was marinated in operation field,locally injected,or locally applied using gelatin sponge containing Sapylin during operation of thoracic tumour.Another was control group which was not given Sapylin.ResultsThe difference of side effects between the two groups was not significant,but the difference of local relapse rate between the two groups was significant.ConclusionUsing Sapylin by different methods during operation of thoracic tumour is in favor of reducing side effects and controlling local relapse.So this therapy is worthy of popularization for clinical use.
