目的探讨弹力套包扎在腮腺肿瘤术后患者康复中的应用价值。方法选取2010年9月至2016年9月间云南省第一人民医院收治的56例腮腺肿瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。均经腮腺肿瘤切除联合面神经解剖术治疗,观察组患者给予弹力套包扎,对照组患者给予常规包扎。比较两组患者并发症发生情况、疼痛评分和住院情况。结果观察组患者涎瘘、切口出血及切口感染的总发生率为7.1%,低于对照组患者的28.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3d时,两组患者的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后7d和14d时,观察组患者的疼痛评分均低于对照组患者,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者每周平均换药次数和住院天数均少于对照组患者,舒适度评分高于对照组患者,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腮腺肿瘤术后对患者应用弹力套包扎可以获得理想的效果,减少各种并发症的发生,缓解患者疼痛,提高患者临床舒适度,促进患者的术后康复。
Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of elastic sleeve binding in the rehabilitation of patients with parotid tumors after operation. Methods Fifty-six patients with parotid gland tumors were selected at The First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province from September 2010 to September 2016 as the subjects. All patients were treated with parotidectomy and facial nerve anatomy. Patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method with 28 patients in each group. The observation group was given elastic bandage and the control group was given conventional bandage. The incidence of complications,pain scores and hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results The overall incidence of salivary fistula,incision bleeding and incision infection was7. 1% and 28. 6% respectively in the observation group and the control group(P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups at 3 d after the operation(P > 0. 05). The pain scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group at 7 and 14 d after operation(all P < 0. 05). Dressing change and length of hospital stay per week were less in the observation group than in the control group with the comfort score higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Elastic sleeve binding can get the desired effectiveness of reducing the incidence of various complications,relieving pain and improving patient clinical comfort and promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients with parotid tumors.
