目的探讨良好护理配合对腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者手术成功率及并发症的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月间四川省绵阳市盐亭县人民医院收治的60例行腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者,根据入院先后分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上加用良好护理配合,对照组患者采用常规护理。比较两组患者手术相关指标、手术成功率及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、肠道恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者手术成功率为93.3%(28例),高于对照组的73.3%(22例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症为6.7%,显著低于对照组的33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良好护理配合在腔镜下直肠癌根治术中应用,能提升手术效果,手术成功率高,并发症少,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of good cooperation for nursing on the surgery success rates and complications in endoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,60 patients undergoing endoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer at People's Hospital of Yanting County were selected. According to the sequence of admission,they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 patients in each group. The observation group received nursing with good cooperation and the control group only received conventional nursing care. Operation indicators,success rate and complications were evaluated in the two groups. Results The operation time,intestinal recovery time and length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the amount of blood loss was less than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). The surgery success rate in the observation group was 93. 3%(28/30),which was significantly higher than 73. 3%(22/30) of the control group(P < 0. 05). The incidence of complications was 6. 7% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 33. 3% of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Good cooperation for nursing in endoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer can improve the operation efficacy with high surgery success rate and few complications,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
